Hello! I am a coach and an Entrepreneur and as the founder of The Fit Foodie Travels, I provide holistic health and fitness solutions to corporates and individuals who want to achieve their wellness goals and enjoy life to the fullest. I have over 18 years of experience in the health and fitness industry, and I am a certified personal trainer, fitness nutrition specialist, animal flow instructor, and behaviour coach. I am and extremely passionate about constantly learning and evolving, and believe in sustainable fitness. My programs are very flexible and can be done at home or at a gym. It doesn’t matter if you are a beginner or someone who finds working out as their second nature, you can use any of my programs to reach your fitness goals. I am also the founder of other companies, Tripitaka and Fitreats.
